People say Children are God's gift to Man. Without them, there won't be generations to continue our legacy. Personally, I am not trying to contradict this statement nor try to denounce this.
However, people forgot that parents too are God's gift to Mankind. The point is that we tend to take them for granted. Some take percieve them as a burden or nuisance. Unlike children. Probably children are seen as cute and full of innocence whereas parents are reality check for us and images that is potrayed are of responsibilities, rational and logic. Very adult level which is serious.
It's only when we lost both of them than we will start to regret of all the things that we have not done for them, missed thier companionship, their selfless love and ever charged-up energy to help us in anyway possible from when we are infant to this old.
Its hope that we woould cherish our parents before they passed on. Without them, we will not be in this world, breath this air, savour every single success and experience life greatness as well as beauty. Nine months of suffering is just the beginning of it all. The pain and sacrifices are a daily affair to people whom we called parents.
The cycle of life will ever STOP until the end of time. I just hope that when I become a parent one day, my children will cherish and love me selflessly....
Bless all people who have been, are and going to be PARENTS....
